I thought the staff was really friendly and nice. The food and drinks were good too but I think the ambiance could be nicer. The tables and chairs are really old and damaged and don’t look very upscale. The views are obviously beautiful but for the price and the fact that we are up so high, they should try to add more elements to make things more elevated and have the dining experience reflect the price

We went for our anniversary dinner and shared it with friends also celebrating their anniversary. The food was outstanding! We were all please with our meals! Drinks were good. The view phenomenal! The sad part was, 18% gratuity automatically applied when we purchased. We’re great tippers but our waitress did nothing to go above what was expected. She did her job but nothing else. It was our anniversary and we chose to spend it here. The dinner isn’t cheap! But nothing was special? They could’ve given us an extra drink for our celebration? It doesn’t make us want to necessarily go back because it wasn’t special. We got a card and a small piece of chocolate on top of our desserts. The meal was great! Service ok. Nothing special!

I made dinner reservations to celebrate my anniversary, and I wanted to dine with a magnificent view, so I paid the $400 non refundable fee. When we arrived after traveling more than an hour, we were told that visibility was zero, and we could reschedule. At this point we were here and hungry so we stayed. It would have been wonderful if the restaurant notified us in advance of the zero visibility, so we could have made other arrangements, not when you arrived. The point of going there is the views of the city, the sunset, and the river. Food was good, but with zero visibility, not worth $400.

The mocktail was good, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing because of the service. The waitress was quite rude and seemed to pressure us into leaving a tip. Communication was poor throughout our visit. When we arrived and wanted to have a drink at the bar, we immediately felt judged by the way the staff looked at us, which made us uncomfortable. I visited New York last November, but this will definitely be my last time at this bar. There are many other places nearby with equally beautiful views and much better service. The prices themselves were acceptable, but the service did not justify the overall experience. What upset us the most was that we were charged a €20 tip even though we did not agree to leave one. We were told that signing the receipt was mandatory, but it seemed that this was presented as a simple authorization for the card payment, while the tip was added without being clearly explained. We found this very misleading and dishonest.

We had a great experience here in late May with a party of four. The views are obviously the main draw, but we all agreed that the food was solid across the board as well and there's decent menu variety. If you have a prepaid meal package, they do a great job of explaining to you what is included and the staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend dinner here around sunset- amazing views.

What a beautiful place to have a late lunch! We ordered the mussels, which lacked flavor a little, but the burgers were delicious! The kids’ menu was reasonably priced, and one of the kids ordered the chicken tenders, which were good (it’s hard to go wrong with chicken tenders). For drinks, we had the Uptown martini, and that thang was good! It wasn’t that busy when we went, but the staff was slow, especially for NY. The star of the show was the host, Andre, or maybe it was AJ; he really gave us a warm welcome! He was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge about our questions. Beautiful views!

Had a great experience dining at the restaurant in One World Observatory! The views are absolutely stunning and make the whole experience worth it. I’d definitely recommend going for the premium ticket—it includes both the entry and food, which makes everything much smoother. Otherwise, you’ll need to buy the observation ticket and pay for food separately. Overall, the premium option is totally worth it for a hassle-free and memorable visit!

I already had plans to visit One World Observatory and saw it was restaurant week for the time I was there. I have previously been here for restaurant week during a summer a couple years ago and wanted to try it again. The offer for restaurant week reservations were on the website for One World Observatory. With the purchase price, it includes access to the observatory and as with everything, you need observatory tickets. So, it was nice that it was just all in one where I didn’t have to purchase separate things. It is good to take note of the opening times for One Dine as it opens at 12pm. So plan accordingly if you want to see everything before or after - which doesn’t really matter. Checking in with the host was easy and was seated right away. Menus were given for restaurant week and had a good selection of items. This particular one involved 2 courses. No drinks included, such as alcoholic. Other ones vary as I know there’s some 3 or 4 course ones that include alcohol - price reflects. I started with a New World Fashioned. It was good but slightly too strong. To start, I had the Smoked Salmon Flatbread and it was quite good. Nothing that tasted too fishy or too smoked. It had a good balance of flavor. Extra, I ordered shrimp and it was shrimp - nothing new. For the main, I selected the Pork Belly Linguine. I thoroughly enjoyed it until I started to get tired of it. If that makes sense? Like, I started to lose interest in eating it. At first, it tasted great. But after awhile, I did not enjoy the taste. It was also a lot more spicy than I anticipated - and I usually like mildly spicy foods. For extra, I ordered the Cavatappi Mac N Cheese and it was tremendous. The cheese was super good and the flavor was not overwhelming. The right temperature. Overall, the food isn’t bad. I see mixed reviews saying the food isn’t all that, but, seemingly depends on your tastes and what you order off the menu. As I said before, I’ve been to One Dine in the past and it was excellent. So, returning should mean something. As far as the views go, you get great views of the city. What more could you ask for sitting, eating, and drinking enjoying amazing views from that level. If anything that you don’t come here for the food, come for the drinks. They do have a bar and a wide selection of cocktails and other beverages that will sure make your day enjoyable.
